Welcome to the volunteer program of Tinne Holly Larenas Foundation Inc.® (“the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering or serving as a volunteer, you agree to the following Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Volunteer Service
Volunteer service is unpaid and does not create an employment relationship.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18.

2. Volunteer Code of Conduct

4. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent allowed by law, volunteers release and hold harmless the Tinne Holly Larenas Foundation Inc.®, its officers, directors, staff, and affiliates, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Volunteers agree to indemnify the Foundation against claims arising from their own actions.
5. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect: Contact details, emergency contacts, volunteer history, background checks, safety/health info (if required).
How We Use Data: To coordinate volunteer activities, ensure safety, and recognize contributions.
